Why choose Marc?
Education
Marc earned both his AB Interdisciplinary Studies - Communication & Psychology Track undergraduate degree and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Growth
Marc started singing, dancing, and acting in grade school. He discovered his potential for hosting and public speaking in high school. He developed his performing skills further by joining the Ateneo Blue Repertory (BlueRep) in college and dabbling briefly in professional theater with the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA). In 2010, he received the prestigious Loyola Schools Award for the Arts (LSAA) from the Ateneo de Manila University. He began doing voice overs a few years later and has since been heard in television, radio, social media, corporate presentations, and film.
Training
Marc attended classes at Center for Pop Music Philippines, The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab, and the ABS-CBN Star Magic Workshops. He was also one of only 60 from around the Philippines to qualify for the 1st 7101 Music Nation's National Songwriting Camp held in Dumaguete.
Approach
Marc draws from his different creative disciplines to perform the work at hand. He explains, "I'm a certain kind of singer because I'm an actor. I'm a certain kind of host because I'm a writer. Without the audience realizing it, I use multiple skills in every kind of performance." This is how he distinguishes himself as a performing artist and how he innovates in the craft.
Attitude
Marc genuinely connects with his audience and clients in every performance. For him, every chance to perform is an opportunity to touch lives not by bringing attention to himself but by amplifying the beauty of the moment or the experience. He's prompt, professional, and is very easy to work with. He values practice and goes out of his way to deliver.
